Last night I went to Hyde & Seek Gastro Bar with P'Zhong and P'Jib. 

We drank 2 bottles of wine ( Leonardo ), 3 glasses of cocktail and more 7 appetizers and side dishes !!

Bill out at 5,900 Baht >.< So So much high.

The menu made in brown paper with 2 cute squirrels.

Our Caesar Salad, a little bit salty yummy and bread with butter.

Popcorn shrimps with sauce, much flour, I dont like it much.

Sausages with violet sauce

My Way Salad and the back is Spaghetti with Clams

  

My Way has sliced eggs at the bottom.

Next to the  cocktails

First was P'Zhong's Strawberry favor, I cant remember its name.

 but sure it was strawberry served with mint on top.

Second was P'Jib's Shampoo

Pink Cocktail with rose apple

and mine,  St.Tropez Smash, yellow cocktail passion fruit favor.

It was Vodka served with fire !!!

Vodka in the small cup of passion fruit made me drunk OMG!

Very juicy cocktail, I cant smell the alcohol ,I drink like it was passion fruit juice.

Nice color juicy cocktail,,,,,,and best taste cocktail ever !!!

I found the recipe of this menu in the internet. Hope one day I'll try on it.

ส่วนผสม

วอดก้า 60 มล., เชื่อมวานิลลา 15 มล., เนื้อแตงโม 2 ชิ้น, เนื้อเสาวรส 30 มล. และน้ำมะนาว 5 มล. 

วิธีผสม 

บดเนื้อแตงโมให้ละเอียดในแก้วเชคเกอร์ แล้วเทส่วนผสมอื่นๆ ลงไป ใส่น้ำแข็งให้เต็ม ปิดฝากระบอกเชคเกอร์ 

เขย่าให้ส่วนผสมจนเย็นจัดและเข้ากันดี หลังจากนั้นกรองเฉพาะน้ำใส่แก้ว Rock ที่มีน้ำแข็งก้อน 

และเทน้ำแข็งบดเติมด้านบนอีกเล็กน้อย ประดับด้วยลูกเสาวรสหั่นครึ่ง และใบมิ้นต์

Next we went to ร้านข้าวต้มสันติภาพ Peaceful Rice Gruel Restaurant

Don't know where it located cause I'm so drunk and sleepy.

We ordered 5 dishes: Fried duck, Tomyum Po Tak (Spicy seafood soup), stir-fried radishes,

Fried Namliab and pork with plum soup (sour and salty)

All are very delicious, I love fried duck so much and Po Tak is very hot and spicy 

Bill out at 400 Baht, cheap makkk

I went back home at around 2.30 AM so sleepy but it was

 Very fun night 

I had good dinner, tasty wine, nice cocktails, great bro ans sis.
